We are currently seeking a **Payroll Technician** to join our International Payroll Team, based at our **Getafe (Madrid)** office.**What responsibilities will you undertake?** Ensure compliant payroll processing for approximately 400 employees, supported by an external company. * Payroll preparation (collection of time records and variable data) * Implementation of new salary tables and registers * Payroll reconciliation * Monitoring and payment of trade union contributions * Monthly IRPF (Personal Income Tax) * Social security contributions * Preparation of labor calendars * Responding to cost and information queries from HR regarding job categories/salaries/labor/legal matters * Handling payroll complaints and employee inquiries * Monitoring absences due to illness * Accident insurance providers **What do we offer?** * Job stability.
