CLARÁ GROUP is seeking a Sales Advisor Assistant to join its Aire Serrano store (Madrid). **Responsibilities:** * Providing personalized attention to customers throughout all stages of the process (sales and after-sales). * Boosting store sales and assisting in achieving set targets. * Collaborating on all necessary operations for the store’s proper functioning (order and stock management, preparation and execution of inventories, contact with external suppliers, tracking of alterations and associated fittings, etc.). * Performing tasks related to the process from sale to order delivery. * Maintaining the Visual Standards and Customer Service standards established by the Brand. **Requirements:** * Minimum proven experience of at least 1 year in a similar position; experience in the Bridal Fashion sector is highly valued. * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency is desirable. * Knowledge of tailoring and experience in personalized sales (boutique setting) with excellent customer service skills are desirable. * Excel knowledge is desirable. * Candidates accustomed to working toward goals and incentives. * We seek proactive, solution-oriented individuals with negotiation, communication, and teamwork skills. * Sensitivity toward products and fashion.
