CATALONIA HOTELS & RESORTS requires Kitchen Assistants to work in our hotels located in central MADRID. MAIN TASKS: \- Collaborate with the kitchen team in processes including receipt of raw materials, storage, thawing, temperature control, food handling, cleaning, and disinfection. \- Perform scheduled tasks related to dish preparation and presentation. \- Carry out periodic cleanings as outlined in the established cleaning plan. \- Handle food in compliance with current regulations. \- Inspect and monitor kitchen equipment and tools, reporting any issues accordingly. \- Assist in the execution of menus and meal plans. \- Monitor and ensure proper storage and optimal utilization of provided products. ### **Requirements** REQUIREMENTS: \- Prior experience as a Kitchen Assistant. \- Proactivity and dynamism. \- Positive attitude, teamwork, initiative, and results-oriented mindset. ### **Offered** WHAT WE OFFER: \- 30-hour weekly contract. \- Competitive salary. \- Opportunity for growth within an expanding company. **HOSPITALITY CONNECTION BARCELONA SL** --------------------------------------- * Barcelona * Human Resources
