





**Description:** ---------------- A company in the food industry requires a team leader for its maintenance team; the main responsibilities are: Report incidents to the Maintenance Manager of their area and to other departments. Be responsible for the proper functioning and technical reliability of installations. Be responsible for implementing preventive and corrective maintenance plans, scheduled improvements, and new installations. Promote continuous improvement and energy savings for installations. Be responsible for managing in-house technical staff as well as external companies during their shift. Evaluate team members. In the absence of the Maintenance Manager, manage internal personnel organization. Participate in the recruitment process for personnel in their area. **Requirements:** --------------- Higher Vocational Training (specialization in electrical, electronic, or mechanical engineering). Knowledge of programming and configuration of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and/or mechanics and/or pneumatics. Training in team management.
