Our core values—collaboration, innovation, commitment, fun, and trust—guide us toward excellence. **What do we value?** At least 5 years of experience as a Software Developer in: * Backend development and building scalable enterprise services. * Demonstrable experience of at least 2 years working with Large Language Models (LLMs) APIs, developing business logic, automations, or intelligent workflows. * Development of REST APIs, microservices, and service-oriented architectures. * Programming in Python and/or Node.js for production environments. * Integration of corporate systems and development of connectors with enterprise applications. * Knowledge of software development best practices, testing, code quality, and application performance. * Experience working in agile and collaborative teams. * Ability to analyze technical requirements and translate them into robust, efficient solutions. **What would your responsibilities be?** * API and Service Development: Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs supporting the intelligent agents platform. * Connector Development: Implement integrations and connectors to access data from corporate systems such as SharePoint, Azure DevOps, SonarQube, and other enterprise platforms. * AI Model Integration: Participate in implementing orchestration logic and interaction with language models (LLMs), contributing to intelligent and automated workflows. * Microservice Development: Program scalable, secure, and maintainable components following architectural standards and engineering best practices. * Testing and Quality Assurance: Create and maintain unit, functional, and integration tests to ensure reliability and stability of developed services. * Optimization and Maintenance: Monitor, optimize, and evolve services to guarantee optimal performance and high-quality user experience. * Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with architects, developers, AI specialists, and business teams to build innovative intelligent-agent-based solutions.
