We are seeking to hire two individuals for our consultant team based in Madrid. Main Responsibilities: * Selection of professionals, primarily within the healthcare sector. * Report writing and client communication. * Support related to databases and internal management systems. * International relations with universities and public institutions. * Follow-up with professionals in our portfolio. * Management of a high volume of recruitment processes. Requirements: * University degree (or currently pursuing one). * Advanced English proficiency. * Experience meeting tight deadlines. * Client orientation, autonomy, and proactivity. * Strong communication skills.
