Job Summary: We are seeking a COEX Manager to supervise and manage road conservation activities, including organization, budget control, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Organization and supervision of road maintenance. 2. Budget management and liaison with the Administration. 3. Supplier control and regulatory compliance. A COEX Manager is required for a comprehensive road conservation contract located in the area of influence of León. RESPONSIBILITIES * Organize continuous monitoring of the road's condition and operation, and establish specific surveillance routes. * Order daily review and updating of the database on road condition and operation. * Issue instructions for preparing work reports and review such reports. * Supervise executed works. * Manage the contract budget, cost control, certifications, and liaison with the Administration. * Control and monitor suppliers and subcontracted companies. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety, environmental, quality, and road safety regulations. Desired Skills and Knowledge: University degree in Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports), Technical Civil Engineering (Public Works), or equivalent Bachelor’s degree, with appropriate training and experience. Proficiency in computer tools such as AutoCAD, GIS, or measurement software. Training in Occupational Health and Safety. Residence in León. Driving license category B
