**TECHNICAL SPECIALIST** ----------------------------- **Location: Majadahonda.** **Position Details:** * **Fixed-term contract (TEMPORARY)** * **Working hours:** Full-time with flexible start time between 7:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m., and end time at 4:00 p.m. from Monday to Thursday. On Fridays, start time between 7:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m., and end time at 2:00 p.m. * **Benefits:** + Health insurance + Savings and pension plan + Life insurance + Discounts on MAPFRE products and services * #### **Mission and Responsibilities:** + Validation of amounts payable to Opening Companies; assessment of outstanding benefit reserves and premiums due to us; and submission of requests to reflect these transactions in Mapfre Vida’s Accounting during monthly closings. + Collaboration in testing and implementation of the automated data flow within the TIREA Sectoral Project Sygnus, including supervision of data quality, and incorporation into Cygnus of transactions from non-adhering Opening Companies. + Collaboration in testing and implementation of internal Mapfre Vida IT developments for semi-automated processing, applying appropriate controls to ensure reliability of data incorporated into our Accounting. + Monthly submission of annuity requests to accepting co-insurers, supported by the loads to be validated by Mapfre Vida’s Benefits Area. * **Hard skills** + University degree or Dual Vocational Training (FP Dual) + Advanced Excel knowledge, including pivot tables; Visual Basic is a plus. * **Soft Skills** + Prior experience in Life Insurance – Technical Area is desirable + Commitment, proactivity, customer and supplier relationship skills, adaptability to changing scenarios, and analytical thinking At MAPFRE, we value diversity and equal opportunities.
