We carry out design and calculation of projects through the work of our drafters, modelers, and engineers. These include in-house projects as well as technical assistance for engineering firms, construction companies, and real estate asset management firms. Additionally, we provide BIM and technological advisory and consulting services to enterprises at various stages. We are currently seeking a **Technical Officer for Construction Technical Office with on-site experience**, for one of our clients’ projects in **Madrid.** **Key Responsibilities:** * Preparation and consolidation of modification files for construction works. * Review and preparation of quantity take-offs based on drawings, project documentation, and as-built conditions. * Preparation of revised and comparative budgets relative to the original project. * Preparation of contradictory pricing / new pricing, including justification. **What We Offer:** * Indefinite-term employment contract. * Opportunity to join a prominent engineering firm. * Full-time working schedule. * Training plan. **Requirements:** --------------- **Minimum Requirements:** * Technical profile with experience in construction technical offices, preferably on singular building, tertiary, or shopping center projects. * Ability to work on-site, provide technical support to the production team, review documentation, drawings, quantity take-offs, comparisons, change tracking, and coordinate with subcontractors/suppliers. * Proficiency in tools/software such as: * + AutoCAD, Presto, and Microsoft Office suite. + Experience with Revit, Navisworks, MS Project, or similar planning and document control tools is highly desirable. **If you are considering a professional change and find it interesting to start your career with a leading company in the engineering sector, we look forward to hearing from you!**
