Responsibilities include managing procedures related to life insurance benefits and claims, opening and monitoring case files, analyzing and validating documentation, processing benefits, tracking incidents and complaints, analyzing process deviations, providing input for continuous improvement, and performing other duties inherent to the role. Working hours are full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, split shift from 09:00 to 18:00, with breaks as stipulated by law. * Prior experience in similar administrative roles. * We seek an organized, meticulous, and service-oriented individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. * Knowledge of claims and benefits management. Fluent spoken and written Spanish. * Vocational training (Medium or Higher Level) in Administration and Finance, Business Studies, Economics, or related fields
