**1. GESTIÓN:**
* Coordinar, gestionar, supervisar, animar y desarrollar equipos distribuidos en su región. Este equipo abarca los ámbitos de gestión de proyectos (implantaciones, integraciones), soporte a usuarios (niveles 1 y 2), gestión de flota de equipos (PC, móviles, periféricos) y soporte local en instalaciones.
* Definir los objetivos individuales y colectivos, supervisar el rendimiento, llevar a cabo entrevistas de evaluación e identificar las necesidades formativas para mantener un alto nivel de servicio.

**2. GESTIÓN DE PROYECTOS**
* Supervisar y dirigir todas las actividades de proyectos, soporte y proximidad de su región, garantizando la reactividad y calidad de las intervenciones ante los usuarios finales.
* Implementar y supervisar los indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPI) relacionados con el soporte (SLA, satisfacción del usuario, plazos de resolución) y la gestión de flota.
* Gestionar los incidentes críticos que afecten a las instalaciones de su región, coordinando los equipos locales y centrales para una resolución rápida.
* Supervisar la gestión de la flota de equipos (PC, terminales móviles, equipos industriales TI): adquisición, despliegue, mantenimiento y renovación en la zona.
* Negociar los objetivos y los recursos del departamento para la zona.
* Elaborar, defender y supervisar el presupuesto de TI de la zona.
* Dirigir la gestión financiera (OPEX/CAPEX) de las entidades locales, velando por el cumplimiento de los procedimientos presupuestarios.
* Gestionar las relaciones con los proveedores e integradores locales.
* Negociar los contratos de servicios locales y asegurar el cumplimiento de los compromisos (SLA de los proveedores).
* Garantizar la coherencia de los proyectos locales con la estrategia global (evitar el «Shadow IT»).
* Establecer y supervisar los paneles de control de la actividad de su región.
* Analizar y proponer soluciones para mejorar continuamente la productividad y la experiencia del usuario.
* Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas internas de gobernanza (ITIL, ciberseguridad, estándares del Grupo) dentro de la zona y de las filiales de su región.
* Promover una cultura de mejora continua del servicio.
* Asegurar la implementación y el cumplimiento de los procedimientos y políticas de TI (en particular la conformidad con el RGPD local).
**PERFIL BUSCADO:**
Este puesto requiere un título universitario de nivel mínimo BAC+5 en el ámbito de los sistemas de información o experiencia equivalente, con al menos 5 años de experiencia en la gestión de equipos de TI, preferiblemente en un contexto internacional o multisite.

* Dominio de las buenas prácticas ITIL, especialmente en los procesos de Gestión de Incidentes, Gestión de Solicitudes y Gestión de Activos (Asset Management).
