At one of the most recognized academic institutions, we are looking to hire a **Salesforce Consultant** with a strong analytical focus to drive efficiency and evolution of our admissions funnel. You will be the go-to person for CRM control, improvement, and utilization, ensuring end\-to\-end process functionality and generating key reporting for decision-making. Your Responsibilities: * Conduct in-depth analysis of the lead acquisition and admissions funnel using **Salesforce**, identifying improvement points, inefficiencies, and opportunities. * Monitor, audit, and optimize automated and manual CRM workflows, proposing functional and design enhancements. * Implement and maintain **automations**, validation rules, and data quality controls. * Design and maintain **reports, advanced dashboards, and management scorecards** in Salesforce (Lightning Reports, Dashboards, CRM Analytics). * Ensure data reliability through cleansing logic, segmentation, and normalization. * Collaborate with Marketing, Admissions, and Management to translate data into actions that improve conversion throughout the lead–enrollment lifecycle. What We’re Looking For: * Experience in **consulting, control, analysis, or reporting** roles within commercial or data\-driven environments. * Advanced Salesforce expertise: data modeling and utilization; creation of advanced reports and dashboards; process and automation control and optimization (Flows, Process Builder). * Functional understanding of the lead–enrollment lifecycle or conversion funnels. * Analytical, structured mindset focused on KPIs, efficiency, and continuous improvement. * Ability to transform data into actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
