If you have relevant experience and are looking for an opportunity to demonstrate your skills, this position is perfect for you! We are seeking a Catering Chef to join one of our centers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting meals for large groups, ensuring quality and food safety at all times. We offer: Full-time schedule of 20 hours per week. Working hours: short week (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday) / long week (Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday), from 12:00 to 16:00 (including the corresponding break). Salary according to the Collective Agreement for Collective Catering. Duration: temporary replacement for sick leave (IT). Temporary contract. Opportunity to work in a collaborative and dynamic team. Job Responsibilities Develop culinary preparations, ensure adherence to defined menus and technical specifications, and implement good practices. Prepare standard and adapted menus and diets. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow. Supervise inventory of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as needed. Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations – APPCC recordkeeping. Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and monitor the use of machinery, materials, and equipment. Train new team members in cooking practices and company procedures. Requirements Preferred education in Hospitality: Higher Technician in Restaurant Services, Technician in Cooking, or equivalent. Proven experience in the hospitality, collective catering, restaurant, or related sectors. 1–2 years of experience in similar roles is valued. Problem-solving individual with strong communication skills. Team player with flexible availability.
