We are seeking an experienced and ambitious IT technician who wishes to join our team. Key responsibilities include: * Analysis and installation of enterprise management systems. * Installation and configuration of hardware, connectivity, and location analysis of various components within an installation. * Installation and configuration of digital advertising displays. * Installation and configuration of video surveillance cameras. * First-level remote technical support to end customers for both software and hardware. * On-site attendance and resolution of incidents at customer facilities. Requirements: * Experience in IT. * Knowledge of businesses and their management systems and business processes. * Familiarity with ICG Software or Hiopos systems is highly valued. * Commitment and dedication. * Help desk experience is highly valued. * Strong customer service skills. * Ability to manage conflicts with end customers. * Intermediate level of English is highly valued. * Valid driver’s license.
