This role provides an outstanding opportunity to successfully implement innovative technologies while ensuring that we meet our customers' ambitious needs for scalability, performance, and compliance. **Key Responsibilities:** ------------------------- * Involved in all phases of the software development cycle, from building to implementation and unit testing. * Collaborate with team members to deliver flawless software products according to schedules and specifications. * Build essential documentation such as specifications, architecture diagrams, and design documents. * Actively engage in Agile ceremonies including daily standups, planning, and review meetings. * Address and fix support calls promptly. **Requirement and Qualifications:** ----------------------------------- * BS/MS in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent experience * Proficiency in Agile development methodologies (Scrum) * Experience developing technical specifications based on customer requirements * Proficiency in .NET (C\#) * Knowledge of Oracle and PL/SQL * Familiarity with code version control tools (preferably Git) * Strong teamwork and problem\-solving skills * Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in Spanish and English * Proven ability to deliver high\-quality work under time\-sensitive conditions **Preferred skills:** --------------------- * Knowledge of C\+\+ * Experience with Azure DevOps and SharePoint * Familiarity with writing code alongside automated tests **Leadership Attributes:** -------------------------- * Visionary yet practical, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. * Ability to balance immediate priorities with long\-term goals. * Collaborative and proactive in elevating team technical maturity.
