Here, you won’t just design screens—you’ll define user flows, build interactive prototypes, and ensure the brand’s essence is felt in every pixel. * **Rebels with purpose**: You’ll join a team passionate about design, communication, and user experience. * **Growth**: You’ll have opportunities to contribute your vision, mentor others, and learn from a diverse team. * **Flexibility**: You’ll work under a flexible hybrid model—spending 1 to 3 days per week at our Madrid office and the rest remotely, giving you the best of both worlds. **What would your key responsibilities be?** * **Lead the product design process**: From research and conceptualization (User Journeys, Information Architecture) through to final visual design (UI) and prototyping. * **Design systems**: Create, maintain, and evolve design systems that ensure consistency and scalability across all digital products. * **Visual strategy**: Translate business goals and brand identity into intuitive, compelling interfaces of high quality. * **Cross-functional collaboration**: Work side-by-side with strategy, content, and especially technology teams to ensure technical feasibility and faithful implementation of designs. * **Design advocacy**: Present and defend proposals to clients, justifying UX/UI decisions from a strategic, data- or testing-driven perspective. * **Mentoring**: Guide junior designers, fostering a culture of excellence in interaction design. **What are the job requirements?** * **Experience**: Minimum 4 years of proven experience as a Product or UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing case studies, research processes, and final visual designs. * **Tools**: Expert-level proficiency in Figma (mandatory: components, auto-layout, variables, etc.). Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop). * **Strategic thinking**: Ability to align client business objectives with user-centered design solutions. * **Communication**: Excellent skills in presenting ideas and delivering/receiving constructive feedback. * **Tech passion**: Interest in technological trends, web accessibility, and development best practices. * **Languages**: Fluency in English (ideally C1 level or higher). **Good Rebels: who we are, what we do** --------------------------------------- Good Rebels is an independent digital consultancy and agency.
