Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Systems Operator to ensure the delivery of technology services through monitoring and supervision, resolving incidents, and guaranteeing operational continuity. Participate in strategic and disruptive projects Prosegur is looking for an **IT Systems Operator (Night Shift: 11:00 PM to 11:00 AM)**. The position is based in Madrid, but offers 100% remote work, requiring office attendance only for occasional training sessions. **What will be your mission?** Your primary mission will be to ensure the delivery of technology services by monitoring and supervising the IT infrastructure, resolving incidents, performing maintenance tasks, and ensuring platform operational continuity in accordance with established procedures. **What responsibilities will you have?** * Monitor the status of the infrastructure according to defined procedures and tools. * Apply action procedures developed by higher-level teams. * Resolve infrastructure incidents within your assigned scope. * Keep operational documentation and platform inventory up to date. * Review monitoring alerts daily to proactively address potential issues. * Escalate critical incidents following established procedures. * Execute scheduled maintenance on the infrastructure. * Record all information in the relevant ticketing and project management tools. **What are we looking for in you?** We seek a committed, proactive, and solution-oriented individual with strong teamwork, organizational, and documentation skills.
