We are looking for staff to perform maintenance tasks for four hours daily, Monday through Friday, from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM. Main duties include varnishing wooden elements such as handrails, as well as repairs on interior and exterior walls. Responsibilities also include watering plants, cleaning drains and grates, and replacing light fixtures and bulbs both indoors and outdoors. The position also involves painting community doors when necessary, repairing mailboxes and window handles. Cleaning the rooftop by removing debris and eliminating weeds will be required. In general, minor repairs that do not require professional or specialized personnel will be performed. This position offers an indefinite contract with part-time hours.
