As an IT Support Intern, you'll gain hands\-on experience in providing technical support, troubleshooting, and learning IT best practices. Join a dynamic team where your growth and development are prioritized.**What you will do:** Provide first\-line onsite or remote technical support for hardware, software, and network\-related issues under supervision. Diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software problems on desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. Assist with the setup and configuration of new workplaces, including cabling and peripheral devices. Install, configure, and maintain basic hardware and software components, including operating systems and standard applications. Document all support activities accurately and comprehensively. Support system rollouts, migrations, and updates under supervision. Maintain inventory records of IT assets and replace defective hardware components under guidance.**What you bring \& who you are:** Student in final years or recent graduate in Computer Science, Technical Engineering, Systems Administration, or related fields. Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and networking concepts. Hands\-on experience with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and productivity software (Microsoft Office). Familiarity with remote support tools. Excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer\-service\-oriented mindset. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changes. Proactive and eager to learn new technologies.
