We are looking for a Systems Administrator to ensure the administration, operation, security, and evolution of corporate Cloud systems, communications, infrastructures, and services—guaranteeing their availability, performance, and alignment with business needs. **Responsibilities:** * Manage and administer hybrid technological systems and platforms. * Administer servers, operating systems, security and operational policies of the platform. * Manage Backup & Recovery, high-availability strategies, and contingency plans. * Maintain up-to-date technical and operational documentation, providing clear information for end users and support teams. * Administer IaaS and PaaS resources (VMs, App Services, Storage, Networking). * Manage identities, access, and security in Microsoft Entra ID. * Operate, monitor, and optimize the platform using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights. * Implement governance policies using Azure Policy and management group-based administration. * Manage backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity. * Design and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Bicep, Terraform, or ARM Templates. * Automate tasks using Azure Automation, Runbooks, and Azure Functions. * Configure and administer Microsoft Defender for Cloud. * Apply Zero Trust principles to identities, networks, and access. * Implement compliance controls, auditing, and data protection measures. * Lead technical, communications, and infrastructure projects—from design through execution—coordinating with other areas of the IT Department and supporting Applications and Support (SAU) teams on technical matters. * Evaluate, negotiate, and oversee technological vendor services and contracts. * Participate in internal and external audits related to systems and security. * Define standards, methodologies, and product homologation criteria. **What We Offer:** * Join a leading, established, and expanding company in the sector. * Flexible working hours. * Progress review meetings to assess and analyze goal achievement. * Continuous training in a pleasant working environment with strong personal engagement and motivation. * Work modality: 100% on-site during the training and adaptation period. After this period, the candidate may request adherence to the hybrid remote work model. * Flexible compensation (medical insurance, savings insurance, childcare voucher, transportation voucher, and training voucher) and meal voucher. **Requirements:** --------------- **Mandatory:** * Proven experience in systems, network, security, and hybrid technological platform administration. * Experience in operational and security management of Microsoft Azure environments. * Experience in automation (scripts, Runbooks, Functions) and Infrastructure as Code (Bicep, Terraform, or ARM). * Ability to lead technical projects and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams. * Knowledge of data protection, security best practices, and confidentiality. * Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) certification. **Desirable:** * Specialized certifications: AZ-300, AZ-301, or AZ-305. * ITIL v4 Foundation certification. * Experience with Zero Trust models and cloud defense tools.
