In this role, you will play a key part in driving operational excellence and supporting strategic initiatives through insightful analysis and project collaboration. You will primarily focus on analyzing transactional data from customer interactions, file exchanges, and strategically support our system migration. Key responsibilities: \- Conduct detailed analysis of customer interactions, including calls, service tickets, and attachments, to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for operational improvement \- Provide insights to address leadership inquiries, support corporate initiatives, and collaborate with business units for specific investigations \- Perform studies by consolidating data from multiple sources to identify relationships and predictive factors across datasets, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders \- Support the design and implementation of analytical processes and frameworks \- Support data rationalization efforts to ensure efficient migration and minimize redundant data \- Partner with cross-functional project teams, providing analytical support and ensuring data-driven decisions aligned with project goals \- Actively contribute to strategic initiatives, helping leaders implement analytical insights \- Develop clear and engaging visualizations and reports tailored to diverse audiences, effectively communicating insights and recommendations \- Interact with stakeholders across the organization, ensuring alignment and understanding of analytical results Experience 4 years. \- Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, data science, information technology, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred \- Minimum of 4 to 6 years of professional experience in analytical roles, preferably within operational analytics or project support \- Hands-on experience with CRM analytics; Oracle and Salesforce experience preferred \- Proficiency in analytical tools and languages such as SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, or similar \- Experience in analyzing unstructured data and text analysis techniques (natural language processing, text mining) is highly desirable \- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into practical recommendations \- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills \- Recognized disability certificate \=\>33% * Indifferent employment contract * Full time
