Pozuelo (Madrid) **Main responsibilities of the role:** * Plan and organize the workflow and mechanics of construction activities. * Organize workspaces, maneuvering areas, loading and unloading zones, and site access points. * Monitor and supervise construction execution. * Coordinate and supervise different work teams; assign tasks to workers. * Ensure compliance with health and safety plans and occupational risk prevention regulations. * Control construction materials, resources, and machinery. **Requirements for the position:** * Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Manager in civil engineering projects.
