Barcelona **Key responsibilities of the role:** * Planning and organizing construction site activities. * Coordinating spaces, access routes, maneuvers, and loading/unloading areas. * Supervising the execution of the project throughout all its phases. * Organizing work teams and assigning tasks. * Ensuring compliance with the safety plan and occupational risk prevention regulations. * Managing materials, machinery, and on-site resources. * Job requirements. Required skills and experience * Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Civil Construction Site Manager. * Solid knowledge in site organization, team management, and safety regulations. * Technical training in a related field will be valued.
