Budget Control * Manage the annual Visual Merchandising budget (OPEX), optimizing resources and ensuring investment efficiency. * Conduct thorough and ongoing control of the total CAPEX budget (permanent perfumery installations), providing frequent status reports and follow-ups. * Manage the CAPEX budget request process with our Central team and Financial Department (AR / WBS). * Negotiate with suppliers, manage quotations, and ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards for produced materials. * Process and manage invoices for color unit installations and expenses, issuing Shopping Cards / Purchase Orders. Coordination and Training * Serve as main contact and maintain continuous collaboration with Sales Teams (KAMs and Coordinators) to communicate VM directives, resolve material issues, visual discrepancies, maintenance problems, and manage shipments of missing PLV materials. * Support flawless point-of-sale execution during any Field Visit. * Conduct periodic visits to points of sale to evaluate execution quality and suggest improvements.
