The main objective of the position is to provide support for the tasks inherent to the General Services department. Your main responsibilities:* Document and file management * Logistics and postal management * Warehouse management * Stationery and inventory management * Vehicle management, setups and special preparations * Recycling * Administrative support for the department * In addition to mixed administrative and physical duties What are we looking for? Education: High school diploma, Vocational Training in Administration, or demonstrable experience in General Services, Internal Services or similar departments. Requirements:* At least 1 year of demonstrable experience. * Training or experience in Document Management and/or Logistics is desirable. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) at intermediate/advanced level. * Intermediate level of English (desirable) * Willingness to travel, including abroad, and possession of driving license B1\.
