On this occasion, we are offering a TEMPORARY vacancy for a General Services Technician within the Facilities area. What is the purpose of the role? The main objective of the position is to provide support for the tasks inherent to the General Services department. Your main responsibilities:* Document and file management * Logistics and postal management * Warehouse management * Stationery and inventory management * Vehicle management, setups and special preparations * Recycling * Administrative support for the department * In addition to mixed administrative and physical duties What are we looking for? Education: High school diploma, Vocational Training in Administration, or demonstrable experience in General Services, Internal Services or similar departments. Requirements:* At least 1 year of demonstrable experience. * Training or experience in Document Management and/or Logistics is desirable. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) at intermediate/advanced level. * Intermediate level of English (desirable) * Willingness to travel, including abroad, and possession of driving license B1\.
