We are currently looking for a candidate to join our team as **Order Tracking Support** within the **Aerospace Sector** on a **4-month temporary contract.** **Job Description** **What will your responsibilities be?** * Monitor order status and scheduled delivery dates at the client's facilities. * Prioritize critical deliveries to prevent production impacts. * Prepare KPI reports (on-time performance, quality, service level). * Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve issues. * Use ERP tools and collaborative platforms to provide visibility into the logistics flow. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives in supply processes. **Requirements** **What are we looking for?** * **Experience**: **Minimum 2\-5 years in logistics, planning, or supply chain**, preferably in aerospace or industrial environments * **Education** in **Engineering** (Industrial, Aerospace, Logistics) or **Higher Vocational Degree in Logistics and Transport.** * Desirable training in **logistics and/or order tracking** * Desirable experience with **Office, JIRA**, and **ERPs** such as **SAP** * B1 level in **English** is an advantage * Organization and time management skills * Effective communication and negotiation abilities * Problem-solving skills and proactivity * Results-oriented and ability to work under pressure **Additional Information** **What do we offer?** International working environment and professional growth Permanent contract ️ 22 days of vacation Days off to recharge energy Working hours according to client’s factory schedule Private medical insurance At ATEXIS, we value every individual within our organization.
