We are looking for a **Technical Planning Technician** with experience in the construction sector to join the Planning Team within the Technical Office. The selected candidate will be responsible for **developing, monitoring, and controlling project planning**, ensuring timely delivery, optimizing resources, and coordinating across all involved departments. If you are passionate about planning, project analysis, and working in dynamic and multidisciplinary environments, we want to meet you! **Your Responsibilities:** * Preparation of detailed construction schedules (initial planning and revisions). * Ongoing monitoring and periodic updating of the project schedule. * Analysis of schedule deviations and proposal of corrective actions. * Coordination with site managers, production, procurement, and subcontractors. * Integration of planning with cost control (production control and progress tracking). * Preparation of progress reports (S-curves, milestones, KPIs). * Identification of scheduling risks and development of alternative scenarios. * Support during tendering by preparing construction plans. * Management of documentation related to planning. **Requirements:** **Education:** * Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports), Architecture or equivalent. **Experience:** * 4–8 years of experience in construction project planning (civil works or building construction). * Experience working on-site and in multidisciplinary coordination. **Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in planning tools: * + MS Project + Primavera P6 * Advanced Excel skills. * Knowledge of project control methodologies (EVM, critical path analysis). **Desirable:** * Power BI or other reporting tools. * BIM software (Navisworks, Revit). * ERP systems (SAP or others). **Languages:** * Intermediate\-advanced English (desirable). **What We Offer:** * **Stability:** Employment contract within a solid organization with long-term projects. * **Continuous Training:** Tailored training programs aligned with your professional development. * **Flexible Compensation:** Transport allowance, meal vouchers, private health insurance, childcare support, and training benefits. * **Join Aldesa** At Aldesa, you won’t just find a job—you’ll find a place where you can grow.
