What you will do As the responsible party for this role, your mission will be to design, develop and maintain efficient and scalable data systems, ensuring they are accessible and easy to analyze for the relevant departments within the company. How will your day-to-day look? * You will collaborate with internal teams to define the requirements and needs for each task. * You will analyze, combine and prepare data according to business requirements and design specifications. * You will design and develop data pipelines and ETL processes. * You will optimize and restructure existing data architectures to improve their quality and reliability. * You will document processes, reports and data flows in a structured manner. * You will implement and apply data quality monitoring methods, ensuring accuracy and availability for business processes. * You will develop and maintain a long-term data platform architecture plan. Additionally, for this position we focus on: * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Engineering or related field. * Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Data Architect or in a similar role. * Detail-oriented. * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse departments. * Analytical mindset and results-driven in agile and dynamic environments. * Passionate about the latest trends in data engineering and committed to continuous learning. Technological stack: * Experience with cloud computing environments (Azure, AWS, GCP). * Knowledge and experience with ETL tools and data platforms such as Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, Pentaho and RStudio. * Experience with relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, MSSQL, etc.). * Practical skills with programming languages such as Python, R and Shell scripting. * Advanced knowledge in data infrastructure, governance (management and accountability), integration, storage and data modeling. * Experience with Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Flink, etc.). * Airflow/ADF or similar automation tools, Delta Lake, Polars/PySpark or other high-performance data processing libraries.
