**Job Mission**

You will be a critical resource for understanding the effectiveness of key operational and strategic processes and controls.

**What will you do?**
* Conduct accounting, process, and procedure audits in Business Units and Corporate Offices, primarily in Spain and EMEA
* Perform audits of financial (SCIIF) and non-financial (SCIIS) information
* Identify business risks during internal audits
* Evaluate controls implemented at the audited center/process
* Work with data to detect patterns, incidents, duplicates, or anomalies
* Collaborate on dashboards, automation, and continuous audit testing
* Propose appropriate recommendations to mitigate risks
* Follow up on audit findings
* Suggest improvements to the audit function
* Stay updated on applicable regulations and standards
**What are we looking for?**
* Prior experience of 2\-3 years in internal or external auditing
* Analytical skills in data processing, querying \- database management and visualization
* University degree: Bachelor’s in Business Administration; dual degree in Law and Business Administration; Economics; Tourism; Statistics
* Availability to travel approximately 50% of working time
* High level of English and Spanish
* Commitment to reside in Palma/Madrid
**Additionally, the following will be valued:**
* Knowledge and/or experience using data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., ACL or similar, MySQL, Power BI)
* Knowledge and/or experience with audit management software and advanced accounting knowledge
* Functional knowledge of tourism operations and IT tools used in hotel management (e.g., SAP, PMS systems)
* Knowledge of ESG (Environmental, Social, SCIIS), and familiarity with other applicable laws or standards (e.g., PCI, GDPR...)
* IT knowledge, Office suite proficiency, cybersecurity, etc.
