What projects do we develop? From the Organization and Processes Department, we are seeking a Project Director to lead transformation within the organization. Your mission will be to drive the execution of projects aimed at reimagining processes, ensuring operational efficiency, quality, regulatory compliance, and alignment with the organization's strategic objectives. You may also address other cross-functional projects related to the field of Organization and Processes. Within the Organization and Processes area, among other initiatives, our main projects focus on aspects such as: * Reengineering of key processes within the organization, including those affecting the customer lifecycle (Onboarding, Engagement, Financing, ...), covering core activities from Analysis to reinvention (Process modeling, definition of usability and customer experience, ...) and Monitoring, to ensure disruptive processes for customers. * Definition and configuration of the Process Ecosystem (reusable cross-functional components, AI Agents, ...), focusing on an industrialized and scalable conception of processes. * Management of cross-functional projects to meet corporate business, organizational, regulatory compliance, transformation, and other needs. Minimum Requirements * 7 years of experience leading teams and executing high-impact end-to-end process transformation projects in large corporations, with at least 5 of those years in the financial sector. * Demonstrated track record of tangible results in process reengineering projects, impacting relevant and differentiating KPIs in organizational performance (cost reduction, improved efficiency/productivity, quality improvement, ...). * Experience managing organizational change in highly complex projects. * Advanced knowledge of banking business areas, particularly core processes in financial institutions. * Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, ...) and process design methodologies (Lean Six-Sigma, Design thinking, Kaizen, ...). * Advanced knowledge of process management, design, and automation solutions (BPM systems, robotic systems, AI systems, monitoring systems, process mining systems, ...). * Flexibility to travel, adapting to project requirements. * Intermediate level of spoken and written English. Key Competencies * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration between different areas such as technology and business. * Disruptive capability to propose radical process transformations, with a strong focus on execution and value generation.
