Minimum Requirements * 7 years of experience leading teams and executing high-impact end-to-end process transformation projects in large corporations, with at least 5 of those years in the financial sector. * Demonstrated track record of tangible results in process reengineering projects, impacting relevant and differentiating KPIs in organizational performance (cost reduction, improved efficiency/productivity, quality improvement, ...). * Experience managing organizational change in highly complex projects. * Advanced knowledge of banking business areas, particularly core processes in financial institutions. * Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, ...) and process design methodologies (Lean Six-Sigma, Design thinking, Kaizen, ...). * Advanced knowledge of process management, design, and automation solutions (BPM systems, robotic systems, AI systems, monitoring systems, process mining systems, ...). * Flexibility to travel, adapting to project requirements. * Intermediate level of spoken and written English.
