Software development and maintenance of critical systems #### **Work Modality** Hybrid #### **Department** Operations / Fleet #### **Work Location** Termosol (Navalvillar de Pela) \- Badajoz #### **Requirements** **Requirements:** * Extensive experience in thermoelectric power generation plants (thermosolar preferred) (more than 3 years) * In-depth knowledge of ABB control system technologies (AC500, AC800M, PGP, Simphony\+) (more than 3 years) * Senior-level expertise in industrial process automation engineering (more than 3 years) * Advanced administrator-level knowledge of AVEVA PI technology (PI SMT, PI SDK, Processbook, Datalink, AF, PI Vision) * Knowledge of Siemens SST\-700 turbine control systems (S7\-400 systems, PC\-S7, WinCC) * Solid expertise in Microsoft Power BI and Azure * In-depth knowledge of industrial communication protocols (OPC, MODBUS TCP/UDP, HART) * Comprehensive understanding of IEC61131 standard for programmable logic controller standardization * Knowledge of industrial instrumentation and electrical systems * Very advanced proficiency in Excel and VBA **Required:** * Availability to travel regularly (approximately 10% of time) * Valid Class B driving license **Desirable:** * Proactive attitude * Safety-oriented mindset * Technical English proficiency (reading and writing) #### **Responsibilities** **Main Functions:** * OT & Automation and Plant IT specialist team member for the Termosol Fleet (7 thermosolar plants) * Execution of continuous improvement and modernization projects, as well as IT/OT and OT automation and control projects * Development of client\-server corporate management software and database projects * Maintenance and development of Business Intelligence and Operational Intelligence systems, as well as systems generating critical data for plant management and operation * Preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial control systems * Delivery of DCS\-SCS system training to operators #### **Who Are We?** Solclef is an energy asset operator, currently managing exclusively renewable generation assets.
