At Izertis, we are looking for a Senior Google Workspace Solution Architect to lead the design and integration of the productivity suite within a global infrastructure. Your mission will go beyond simply deploying tools—you will ensure that Google Workspace operates in perfect harmony with the organization’s identity, security, and regulatory compliance systems. You will join an established team and collaborate closely with Google Cloud (GCP) specialists to build a unified and scalable ecosystem. **Responsibilities:** * Define the technical architecture of Google Workspace in multinational environments (domain management, organizational units, and global policies). * Design and oversee integrations with identity providers (IdP) such as Google Cloud Identity, Keycloak, or Azure AD, ensuring efficient SSO and provisioning (SCIM) flows. * Configure advanced security and compliance architectures: DLP, Client-Side Encryption (CSE), Google Vault (eDiscovery), and Context-Aware Access rules. * Identify and lead automation opportunities via API integrations, Google Apps Script, or AppSheet. * Serve as the technical liaison with the GCP team to align data governance and security across shared infrastructures. **Requirements:** * 3–5 years of experience managing enterprise Google Workspace environments (more than 2,000 users). * In-depth knowledge of Identity & Access Management (SAML, OIDC, LDAP) and hybrid identity architecture design. * Experience in cloud security, implementation of Zero Trust models, and log management using Google Cloud Pub/Sub or BigQuery for auditing. * Networking knowledge (DNS: SPF, DKIM, DMARC; firewalls and proxies affecting suite performance). * Ability to translate complex business requirements into viable technical solutions. * Experience working in agile environments alongside Platform Engineering and DevOps teams. * Ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders and produce high-level architectural documentation. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Associate Google Workspace Administrator certification. * Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect certification. ### **Minimum Requirements** **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary aligned with experience and expertise. * Flexible compensation plan. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment. * International scope. **Who We Are:** Izertis, with over 29 years of experience, listed on the BME Continuous Market and ranked among the top 1,000 fastest-growing companies across European countries, offers you the opportunity to advance your professional career alongside more than 2,300 employees through our offices across Europe, the Americas, and Africa—and with presence in over 50 countries where we deliver services and projects via a broad portfolio of solutions.
