**MTorres**, an industrial group skilled in advanced technologies for developing innovative solutions in the automation of highly complex industrial processes, requires: **PM Offer Engineer, Ref.: 25103** Reporting to the Director of Offers for the Aeronautics Business Unit, you will join the department’s “Single Offer Office” team as Project Manager for assigned projects, managing the preparation of technical and economic proposals and coordinating involved teams. **Key Responsibilities and Functions**: * Lead the development of machinery project offers for the aerospace sector: \- Requirements analysis \- Product/Equipment definition \- Cost and schedule estimation \- Preparation of offer deliverables * Internally lead and coordinate necessary activities with various involved departments (Costs, Manufacturing Systems, Packaging Systems, etc.) to meet customer needs, establishing effective communication to optimize offer development. * Maintain and update documentation associated with the offer process, supporting product managers in configuring standard products. * Support Product Managers in preparing and executing customer tests/demonstrations. * Support the Commercial Team in presenting and defending offers to customers. * Monitor and analyze submitted offers. **Requirements**: * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Industrial Organization Engineering. * 2–3 years of experience managing industrial projects. * Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project; **SAP experience is desirable**, as is Power BI. * English language proficiency at C1 level. * Occasional availability for international travel. **We offer**: Join a leading Technology and Development company, working within a collaborative team that encourages idea exchange, proactivity, and professional growth, and which provides an attractive integration and continuous training plan.
