




**What will you do on a day-to-day basis?** * Provide **support to the commercial department** in preparing and following up offers, contracts, and budgets. * **Coordinate client-related documentation**: samples (OLMs), tooling, packaging, contract reviews, and invoicing. * **Perform margin, cost, and deviation analyses** against forecasts and sales plans. * **Manage and supervise information** on customer platforms and prepare supporting quality documentation (ISOs). * **Monitor offer milestones and timelines**, ensuring their proper execution and recording. * **Collaborate in market prospecting** and provide input for commercial decision-making. * Maintain **daily communication with international clients**, coordinating requirements with R&D and the commercial team. **Minimum Requirements** * Higher education degree in Administration, International Trade, Business Management, or similar. * **Previous experience (minimum 2–3 years)** in similar roles involving commercial support, offer management, or technical administration within an industrial environment. * **Advanced level of English** (daily use with international clients and parent companies). * Proficient in **Excel** and management tools. **What we offer** * Stable integration into an established multinational company with strong international growth potential. * A close-knit and collaborative work environment with opportunities for continuous learning. * Full-time schedule on Fridays and flexible working hours according to the collective agreement. * Competitive conditions, aligned with the experience provided.
