Air traffic management for import/export * Bookings with airlines and customs coordination. * Documentation management, pre\-alerts, and arrival notifications. * Customer service and coordination with agents and suppliers. * Incident tracking and resolution. * Invoicing and cost control. Import/export quotations * Handling requests from sales and key account managers (KAMs). * Contact with overseas agents. * Preparation, negotiation, and follow\-up of quotations (general, ADR, temperature\-controlled).
