WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?
Coordinate and manage the Foundation’s activities, ensuring efficient planning, high-quality implementation, and positive impact on participating individuals.
You will collaborate with a team that listens, learns, and continuously evolves to deliver increasingly meaningful experiences.
What will be your responsibilities?
**Activity Organization and Coordination:**
Plan and coordinate activity implementation, ensuring proper organization.
Identify needs and intervention opportunities within the leisure\-therapeutic domain for the target groups served.
Design playful\-therapeutic programs and activities tailored to the characteristics and needs of each group.
**Contact:** close communication and follow-up
Coordinate monitors, volunteers, and other professionals involved in program implementation.
Establish relationships with collaborating entities, social networks, educational centers, social services, or other NGOs.
Promote active participation of service users in activity design and improvement.
**Project Monitoring and Evaluation:**
Supervise the use of human, material, and financial resources allocated to each program.
Ensure accessibility, safety, and pedagogical appropriateness of implemented activities.
Evaluate program impact using indicators such as participation, satisfaction, and psychosocial improvement.
Ensure compliance with regulations regarding child protection, equality, inclusion, and safety.
**Profile:**
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
**Education in:** Degree in Social Work, Social Education, Social Integration, Project Management, or related fields. Additional training in participatory methodologies, sociocultural animation, and community intervention will be valued.
**Experience in:** Coordination and management of leisure and free-time activities/projects, 1–3 years, preferably within the social and socio-health sectors and in interventions with vulnerable groups.
Proficiency in Google Workspace tools and CRM systems.
Ability to adapt to flexible working hours, including weekend availability if required.
