Come on board, break boundaries, and become the best version of yourself. ### **What will your mission be?** ##### **Video Production:** * Develop short\- and long\-form video content for campaigns, social media, and internal communications. * Manage editing, motion graphics, animation, and post\-production processes. * Ensure videos are optimized for different platforms and audiences. ##### **Digital Asset Creation:** * Produce visual materials including social media carousels, event visuals, and web graphics. * Support brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels. ##### **AI \& Creative Tools Utilization:** * Leverage advanced creative technologies—both AI\-driven and traditional—to enhance production efficiency and creativity * Experiment with new tools (e.g., Runway, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Descript, Artlist, etc.) to streamline video and content workflows. ##### **Collaboration \& Workflow:** * Work within a global Center of Excellence framework, collaborating with designers and marketers in other regions. * Contribute to a shared asset library and knowledge base of best practices. * Support the evaluation and improvement of creative processes and workflows. ### **Required Skills \& Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Design, Communication, Multimedia Production, or related field. * 2–3 years of experience in creative production, preferably in a B2B or corporate environment. * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator). * Familiarity with AI\-powered tools for creative production (e.g., Runway, Pika, Synthesia, or similar). * Understanding of digital and social media content formats and platform requirements. * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast\-paced, international environment. * Collaborative mindset and strong attention to detail. ### **Preferred Skills** * Basic knowledge of motion design and storytelling for brand campaigns. * Experience in global or multi\-market marketing environments. * Passion for innovation, design trends, and emerging creative technologies. * Knowledge of the tech B2B industry or passion about data technologies
