




Job Summary: We are seeking a workshop receptionist who provides personalized customer service, manages appointments and coordinates services, and performs administrative tasks. Collaboration with technicians and other departments We are looking for a receptionist to work in Majadahonda. Responsibilities include attending to customers at the workshop with personalized service, managing appointments and coordinating workshop services, assisting with vehicle drop-off and pickup, explaining completed services, performing administrative tasks such as invoicing and work order tracking, and collaborating with technicians and other departments. Other duties inherent to the position may also apply. Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week: Monday to Wednesday from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM and from 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM; Thursday and Friday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM and from 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM; Saturday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with breaks established by law. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position. * Prior experience at official dealerships is considered an advantage. * Excellent communication skills and customer orientation. * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. * Basic knowledge of computer tools and workshop management software. * Availability to work during standard business hours and adapt to the workshop's needs. Proficient spoken and written Spanish. Completed compulsory secondary education (ESO).
