At **Escola d’Arts Tectum**, we are looking for a creative, proactive individual passionate about communication to help us grow our educational and artistic project. **Your mission:** To promote our extracurricular activities, workshops, and camps to more families and schools, building an active community connected with our values. **Your main responsibilities will be:** * Create and edit engaging videos for social media (Instagram, TikTok, etc.). * Manage and grow our social media presence, increasing visibility and followers. * Design and publish creative content about our activities. * Coordinate and communicate with schools to promote workshops and extracurricular programs. * Design online advertising campaigns (Facebook/Instagram Ads). * Contribute ideas to improve Tectum's image and communication. **What we offer:** * **Fixed compensation:** 100 €/month. * **Variable incentive:** +5% of all revenue generated through your work (new enrollments, collaborations, workshops, or sales resulting from your marketing efforts). * Flexible schedule and possibility to work remotely. * A creative and educational environment where your ideas matter. **Requirements:** * Basic knowledge of social media, video editing, and design. * Willingness to learn, proactivity, and creativity. * Prior experience in digital marketing or community management is valued.
