The FISIOEXPO team is looking for a dynamic, proactive person eager to learn to join our team in the **Commercial Event Management** department, working closely with the **Sales and Marketing** departments. **Main responsibilities:** * Planning, coordinating, and executing events and trade shows across various sectors (physiotherapy, fitness, wellness, etc.). * Identifying and prospecting potential clients and exhibitor companies. * Acquiring and managing companies interested in participating in events. * Providing personalized advice and support to clients throughout the entire process, from initial contact to event execution. * Coordinating logistics with suppliers, exhibitors, and the internal team. * Writing and sending professional communications: emails, presentations, and commercial proposals. * Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to maximize visibility and success of each event.
