Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Tender Technician in public procurement to manage bids, analyze tender documents, and coordinate proposal submission and follow-up. Key Highlights: 1. WE ARE SEEKING A TENDER TECHNICIAN **Main Responsibilities:** * Search for tender publications related to the services provided by the company. * Manage procurement portals for bid submission (Vortal, State Procurement Platform, Pixelware). * Analyze tender specifications and technical and economic requirements for bids. * Prepare bids including economic studies, technical proposals, and administrative documentation. * Submit public and private tenders (feasibility analysis, data collection, economic study, technical proposal, submission to the procuring authority or relevant delegation, and follow-up until award). * Follow up on submitted bids: clarifications, corrections, justification of disqualifications, etc. * Process required documentation for awarded tenders. REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 3 years’ experience in managing public and private tenders. * Knowledge of the Public Sector Contracts Act. * Prior experience using procurement platforms. * Proficiency in office software (Excel, intermediate/advanced level). * Strong writing and information research skills.
