Opportunity for professional development and learning **Description:** ---------------- Servinform is a service company specializing in BPO and call center projects, comprising over 6,000 professionals delivering services to more than 1,500 client companies. We are carrying out activities for a newly launched project within the client company, focused on customer service and appointment management for a leading company dedicated to ophthalmology and visual health. * RESPONSIBILITIES: * Receiving incoming calls; providing customer service to address inquiries regarding treatments, clinics, etc. * Making outbound calls to contacts who have requested information. Scheduling appointments for new patients, either via inbound or outbound calls. * * WE OFFER: * Work schedule of either 30 or 25 hours/week. * Fixed morning shift from 9:00 to 15:00 or afternoon shift from 15:00 to 20:00, Monday to Friday. * Annual gross salary of €13,184.29 (€1,098 gross/month) for the 30-hour/week schedule, and €10,986 gross/year (€915 gross/month) for the 25-hour/week schedule. * Collective agreement for Call Centers and job classification as Telephone Operator * Position located at Pol.
