JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Data Projects Lead for third-party data services Participate in projects involving communication with third parties regarding Santalucía’s policy or receipt data management. Maintain and evolve these services. **Continuous Improvement:** Design and implement (A/B) experiments on processes for optimization in collaboration with relevant departments. Propose an improvement roadmap with impact estimation. **Data-Driven Operational Monitoring and Control:** Define and maintain an operational dashboard (underwriting, issuance, endorsements, billing, non-payment, recovery, cancellations/reactivations). Build and automate control metrics and SLA/KRI indicators per process/channel/system (daily/weekly/monthly). Implement early-warning alerts. **Automation and Self-Service:** Deploy self-service dashboards (Power BI) and reusable templates. Document and train business users on responsible data usage and KPI interpretation. Analytics and Reporting Conduct root-cause analyses on friction points (issuance, collections, receipt returns). Measure the impact of actions (e.g., new non-payment logic, reminders, changes in collection method). Prepare executive reports and data narratives (storytelling) oriented toward decision-making. REQUIREMENTS **Desired Experience:** Minimum 5 years’ experience in data analytics applied to operations (ideally in insurance or banking/financial sectors). Experience as Product Owner / Business Analyst in data services or integrations with third parties in sector-specific contexts. Insurance experience is a plus. **Preferred:** Knowledge of and interest in Santalucía’s business model, as well as its objectives, product portfolio, organizational structure, culture, and strategies. **Required Knowledge:** Bachelor’s degree and/or university degree, preferably in Business Administration & Management (ADE), Engineering, Mathematics, or Economics. A Master’s degree in insurance business, business intelligence, or big data is a plus. Knowledge of insurance processes and products. **Skills:** Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse and heterogeneous teams. Transformational and innovative mindset.
