Join our Group Controlling Team in Madrid as a FP\&A Controller IT and support the group with financial analysis and drive simplification and standardization across the divisions to have one common dataset for business analysis. **In this role you will be accountable for:** * Supporting the global efforts to improve finance and controlling * Ad\-hoc analyses for CFO and Head of Group Controlling * Perform detailed analytics and risk assessments, continuously improving financial planning and analysis processes * Prepare monthly closing for HQ IT Cost Centers and present financial figures to CIO * Manage centralized IT recharging model, accurate reporting of statistical information (necessary for recharging) and drive for continues improvement * Monitor the IT Cost Reporting of Legal Entities, consolidate and report on budgets and costs * Functional budget responsibility for the global Group IT organization across all divisions and management units * Provide recommendations to the business based on in\-depth financial analysis, supporting strategic decision\-making. **To succeed in this role, you will need:** * University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields with 5\-7 years of professional experience * Good understanding of Controlling and Management Reporting, experience with analysis and visualization of (Finance) Data in a Corporate environment * Prior exposure to overhead controlling and headquarter processes such as IT Fees * Experience in using QlikView /\-sense or similar reporting applications * Proficient SAP FICO knowledge and in consolidation systems (Tagetik) * Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines * Excellent critical thinking skills to help solve business problems and make decisions * Very good communication skills, able to relate to variety of stakeholders from Functions and the business **What we offer you** ===================== * A permanent contract. * A competitive salary as well as participation in the variable remuneration system based on personal and financial objectives. * Restaurant tickets * Be part of an experienced, international team. * A good vibe working environment. * Enjoy great office facilities and a perfect location in Madrid Nuevos Ministerios , making your work experience both comfortable and convenient. * Other fringe benefits Sulzer is an equal opportunity employer.
