We are looking for a **Solution Architect – Cross Platform Analytics** to lead the technical evolution of analytics and reporting capabilities within a global Assisted Channels platform. **What You'll Do** ------------------ * Define and evolve scalable architectures for reporting, analytics, and omnichannel platforms. * Establish architecture standards, integration patterns, and security frameworks. * Lead integrations across Genesys Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365, data platforms, and enterprise applications. * Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable, business\-aligned solutions. * Drive technical governance, platform evolution, and architecture best practices. **What We're Looking For** -------------------------- * Proven experience as a **Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Technical Lead**. * Strong background in **SaaS platforms, cloud\-native architectures, APIs, event\-driven systems, and analytics ecosystems**. * Experience with **AWS and/or Azure**, multi\-tenant architectures, security, IAM, and RBAC. * Knowledge of **Genesys Cloud, Dynamics 365, REST APIs, Kafka, Data Lakes, and real\-time analytics**. * Strong stakeholder management, communication, and technical leadership skills. * Professional English proficiency. **Why Join Excelia?** --------------------- * 100% remote position. * International and multicultural environment. * Opportunity to shape large\-scale enterprise and analytics platforms. * Long\-term career growth and professional development.
