Job Summary: Comprehensive support for workers with and without disabilities, management of occupational health and hygiene, and documentation of risk prevention. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provides comprehensive and personalized support for labor market integration. 2. Active management of occupational health and safety. 3. Collaboration with the worker's family and social environment to support the worker. The role involves providing comprehensive support to workers—especially those with disabilities—to facilitate their labor market integration and job stability. Individual needs are identified, and personalized measures are implemented to enhance each person's autonomy and independence. Close collaboration with the worker's family and social environment reinforces external support and facilitates adaptation to the position. Specific training programs are also designed, and continuous monitoring is conducted to evaluate integration, prevent potential deterioration, and mediate conflicts—promoting teamwork and healthy working relationships. Another key aspect of the role is the management of occupational health and hygiene. This includes developing and improving safety procedures to ensure all tasks are performed safely. Technical measures required to maintain optimal conditions are analyzed and supervised, and awareness among managers and workers regarding safe practices is promoted. Coordination with the External Prevention Service and with contractor companies is essential for unified risk management. Finally, the role oversees documentation and systems related to prevention. Necessary documentation to comply with legal requirements on occupational risk prevention is prepared and maintained, with direct coordination with management to adapt the system to regulatory changes. Environmental aspects are also managed, ensuring operations follow industry best practices and regulations. The contract is temporary and part-time.
