




Job Summary: This role involves managing legal notifications, verifying data, auditing judicial providers, and improving external vendor ratios, with occasional support for other legal departments. Key Highlights: 1. Notification management and routing to departments 2. Verification and correction of judicial data 3. Auditing of judicial providers and internal judicial managers **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Notification management: Categorizing notifications within judicial procedures in the application and subsequently routing them, where applicable, to the relevant person or department. Includes identifying key dates (deadlines, hearings) and determining appropriate judicial actions based on the type of notification received. * Verification, correction, and updating of judicial data and notifications: Checking the accuracy of judicial data in the system and communicating and/or correcting errors through audit-based management, as appropriate. * Auditing of judicial providers and internal judicial managers: Conducting monthly internal and external audits to improve processes and prevent future errors that could cause discrepancies or mistakes in large-scale procedure management. * Monitoring and improving external vendor performance ratios using the functions described above. * Occasional special support actions for other departments within the legal area. **REQUIREMENTS:** * More than 6 months of experience within the company.
