Ensuring a flawless administrative management** Managing the administrative tasks of the whole employee cycle from onboarding to offboarding *(payroll, meal vouchers, onboarding, offboarding, absences…)* Supporting managers and employees with your best admin advices and ensuring our standards are met from every parts **2\. Offering a welcoming, safe and collaborative office** Allowing each of our employees to focus on their core job by being sure that office supplies, equipment, basic foods and beverages are never an issue Making our office a great place to work by working with our partners on security or cleanliness **3\.
