***Vision and Values*** In this role, I will assist the Groups \& Events team in managing group requests and supporting the organization of events, ensuring each experience reflects our brand standards and values. I will follow our sales and events strategy and supporting on\-site execution always aiming to deliver exceptional experiences for our guests and clients while representing Six Senses Ibiza. * Respond to group inquiries and follow each request from the first contact to confirmation. * Prepare proposals on time and keep the sales pipeline organized. * Help with negotiations and coordinate details with different teams. * Support the contract process until it’s signed and ready for the operations team. * Work closely with on\-site teams to make sure every event runs smoothly. * Join internal meetings, site inspections, and sales presentations when needed. * Keep good communication with all departments to ensure goals are aligned. * Build strong relationships with clients and support them during the planning process. * Anticipate client needs and suggest solutions that reflect the Six Senses experience. * Help coordinate event logistics such as venues, AV, catering, and transport. * Keep databases and reports updated. * Use systems like Delphi, Opera, and Microsoft Office in daily tasks. ***What’s in it for me*** * I will learn and grow with our Six Senses Ibiza leaders. * I will be part of our Mission Wellness Program \- with plenty activities to discover Six Senses values, mission and vision along with our beautiful Island. * I will be delighted with the different flavors in our sustainable canteen, where I will have access to breakfast, lunch and dinner. * The hotel will provide me with shared accommodation, where I will share the space with fun and quirky people, like me. * Locker available. * I will enjoy two days off for each week of training. * Internship Allowance. ***Skills and Experience*** To execute the position of Groups \& Events Trainee, I have the required qualifications, technical skills with proven results. I am a personally involved, visible and proactive host with excellent organizational skills. I have an intuitive sense of product and service quality, a passion for excellence and an understanding of the sophisticated needs of the luxury customer and I have experience and I am able to work in a cross\-cultural environment positively. I have an excellent command of written and spoken English. I will maintain a thorough understanding of Six Senses in terms of guidelines, rules and regulations, brand and operating standards, facilities and services. A European Visa is mandatory.
