Currently, we are seeking a Welding Process Engineer to carry out, among others, the following tasks: * Manage projects. * Ensure part quality and meet deadlines. * Modify programs for optimization. * Resolve issues arising from the process. * Maintain welding lines. * Prepare technical documentation of the process. * Commissioning. * Supplier management. **Requirements:** --------------- * Engineering degree or related field. * At least 3 years of experience in a similar role. * Experience in automotive environments. * Knowledge of welding, mechanics, electronics, and automation. * Advanced English level, minimum B2. * Italian language skills valued. **What we offer?** * Permanent contract. * Working hours from 7 to 3 PM. * Continuous professional development. * Competitive compensation. * Participative, inclusive, and dynamic work environment.
